What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Shade drift after bulk. The tone that matched on the sample board looks flat against the finished shirt — rework on 3,000 pcs before shipping.
- Edge cracking in tumble dry. Cheap resin cracks at the rim after industrial washing and the brand charges back the claim.
- Button-hole spacing off by 0.4 mm. Your buttoning machine stops; the line waits; the delivery date slips.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

Can you match the button color to my fabric, not to a Pantone book?
Yes. We ask for a 10×10 cm fabric swatch and match under D65 light. You approve a physical lab dip; the approved dip is kept on file and becomes the reference for every repeat order.
What is the minimum order for a custom laser logo?
Logo tooling is a one-time cost and the MOQ is confirmed in writing at quotation — for most shirting programs it starts at 1,000 pcs per size and color.
Will the buttons survive industrial laundering?
We test wash fastness and dimensional change before bulk. If your care label says 60 °C industrial wash, tell us at inquiry and we test to that condition rather than the default.
Do you supply matching spare buttons and thread?
Yes — spare-button bags and matching thread can be packed per garment order so your factory does not have to re-source them.
