What goes wrong
Three failures we test for before bulk
- Print wears off in wash. A printed logo rubs away and the brand treats it as a quality defect.
- Small runs priced out. The capsule collection needs 500 pcs and the supplier quotes like 50,000.
- Colour does not match the artwork. The printed logo is a different red from the brand guide.
Each of these is a claim on your P&L, not a technical detail. We test the condition your care label specifies and put the result in writing before production starts.

How small can a custom printed order be?
Small enough for a capsule or sampling run. The exact minimum depends on artwork and button size and is confirmed in writing at quotation.
Will the print survive washing?
We test rub and wash fastness on the approved print. For garments with harsh wash conditions we recommend a protective top coat and will say so.
Can you print a photo or a complex pattern?
Yes — UV digital printing handles gradients and photo-real artwork. Send vector or 300 dpi artwork and we will proof it on the actual button.
Can print and laser engraving be combined?
Yes, on the same button. We produce a physical sample for approval.
